What is The Ajax Experience? The Ajax Experience (TAE) is the premier conference for Web developers and designers. Launched in 2006 to address the increasing relevance in Ajax and rich internet applications, TAE is an essential gathering place for the rich internet community.
What kind of professionals attend The Ajax Experience? The content at The Ajax Experience is in-depth, and ideal for developers and designers with at least a base knowledge of Ajax and rich internet applications. Last year hundreds of developers, designers and IT managers attended The Ajax Experience, representing every career stage from newbie to advanced Ajax professional.
How do I register? Visit the registration page now to register for The Ajax Experience.
What forms of payment are accepted? We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or wire/bank transfer. We do not accept American Express. If you select to pay by Wire/Bank Transfer, payment is due within 30 days of registration and must be received by September 11, 2009. Please contact your Delegate Relations Manager, Melissa Cote for Wire/Bank Transfer instructions.
How do I get a receipt and confirmation after registering? Upon registering you have the opportunity to print confirmation of registration. You will also receive a copy via email. You can print out additional copies by logging into the registration system with the log-in and password you created when registering. Log-in to your account.
What if I register and can no longer attend? Unfortunately, registration fees are non-refundable. If you'd like to send a colleague or friend in your place, we do allow substitutions. Please call or email your Delegate Relations Manager, Melissa Cote 781-657-1734 your full name, confirmation number, replacement's full name, email address and phone number. We will update your registration and send out a confirmation email to you and your replacement.
How do I book hotel and travel? Ajax Experience attendees receive a special rate on hotel rooms through August 31. Make your hotel reservation now. Visit the Hotel and Travel page for more information about traveling to Boston, parking, local attractions and restaurants in the area.
Are there any group rates or discounts available? We have special offers for past attendees, teams of 5 or more, students and those coming with a couple colleagues. Read below for details or contact Melissa Cote for more information.
Refer-a-friend, Get $100: You are entitled to a $100 gift card when you refer 2 friends to The Ajax Experience. All registrants will receive an email that outlines the Refer-a-Friend program and includes a special referral code to give to friends and colleagues. Credit can only be given to referrals that result in registration and cannot be applied to anyone already registered. This offer cannot be combined with the Group Registration Rebate.
Group Registration Rebate: Companies who send 5 employees to The Ajax Experience can receive a $500 rebate, and companies who send 10 or more employees can receive a $1,500 rebate. To receive the rebate, you must contact Melissa Cote by September 25, 2009. Rebates will be mailed on or before November 1, 2009. Team rebates cannot be combined with the Refer-a-Friend offer.
