What is The Ajax Experience? The Ajax Experience is the premier conference for Web developers and designers. Launched in 2006 to address the increasing relevance in Ajax and rich internet applications, TAE is an essential gathering place for the rich internet community.
When is The Ajax Experience? TAE will be in Boston from September 29 - October 1, 2008 at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel.

Who will be speaking? Speakers include framework founders, project leads and top experts in the Ajax space. See the speakers page for biographies of all confirmed speakers.
What do I do about a hotel? The Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel is offering discounted hotel rooms for TAE attendees. Make sure to mention your attendance to The Ajax Experience. You must book your room by Monday, September 8 to receive a discount. Visit the Hotel & Travel page for more information about traveling to Boston and planning your stay.
What kind of professionals attend The Ajax Experience? The content at TAE is in-depth, and ideal for developers and designers with at least a base knowledge of rich internet applications.
Why should I attend? The Ajax Experience is the destination for the rich internet community. You will evaluate products, learn about the latest advances in enterprise development, get an inside look at how your peers design and develop, network with industry leaders and experience the camaraderie of the Ajaxian community. What does it cost? Register early to take advantage of the Early Bird rate! The registration fee is $1395 through August 22, and $1495 after August 22.
What do I get for my money? Registration includes all three days of the conference, breakfast and lunch each day, and any evening events.
When do I have to register? You can register up to the first day of the conference, but we recommend that you register early and save $100 with our Early Bird discount. Register now!

What forms of payment does TAE accept? You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check, or Wire/Bank Transfer. If you select to pay by Check or Wire/Bank Transfer, payment is due within 30 days of registration and must be received by September 28, 2008. Please contact Tracey West for Wire/Bank Transfer details. If sending a Purchase Order, please select Pay by Check and fax/email a copy of your Purchase Order to Tracie Berardi. How do I make changes to my registration? You can login and make changes to your registration through our registration page. Use your login (email address) and password that was created while registering. For any additional registration questions, please contact Tracey West.
How do I get a receipt and confirmation after registering? When registering online you will have the opportunity to print confirmation of your registration. You will also receive a confirmation email with registration details and payment information. You can access your registration information at any time by logging into your account here.
What if I have to cancel? Substitutions are allowed with written permission from the original registrant. If you would like to substitute someone in your place, please contact Tracey West at twest@techtarget.com.
Cancellation requests received on or before August 15 are entitled to a 100% refund on their registration fee. Cancellation requests received between August 16 and September 28 will be refunded 25%. No refund requests will be honored after September 28.
Referring a friend, group discounts and more
Past attendees: Are you a past attendee of The Ajax Experience? Please contact Tracey West for your promotion code and save an extra $200 off registration.
University: University students, faculty and staff are entitled to discounts. Please contact Tracey West for details and your promotion code.
Refer-a-friend: You are entitled to a $100 gift card when you refer 2 friends to The Ajax Experience.
All registrants will receive an email that outlines the Refer-a-Friend program details and includes a special referral code to give to friends and colleagues.
Credit can only be given to referrals that result in registration and cannot be applied to anyone already registered. This offer cannot be combined with any discounts, and cannot be combined with the Group Registration Rebate.
Group Rebate: Companies who send 5 employees to The Ajax Experience can receive a $500 rebate, and companies who send 10 or more employees can receive a $1,500 rebate. To receive the rebate, you must contact Tracey West by October 6, 2008. Rebates will be mailed on or before December 1, 2008. This offer cannot be combined with any discount offered through Promotion Codes and cannot be combined with the Refer-A-Friend program.
