What is The Ajax Experience? The Ajax Experience is the premier conference for web developers and designers. Launched in 2006 to address the increasing relevance in Ajax, TAE is an essential gathering place for the rich internet community.

When is The Ajax Experience? In 2007. there will be 2 TAEs: July 25-27, 2007 in San Francisco, and October 24-26 in Boston.

Where is it being held? The San Francisco show will be at the Grand Hyatt. Boston's conference will be held at the Seaport Hotel. See the Hotel & Travel page for more detailed information.

Who will be speaking? See the speakers page for biographies of all confirmed speakers.

I have an idea for a session - What do I do? The Call for Papers is now closed.

What does it cost? The Early Bird price of $1295 is valid through June 15. After June 15, the registration fee is $1395.

What do I get for my money? In addition to all conference content, your registration fee includes breakfast and lunch each day and any evening events.

What forms of payment does TAE accept? You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, by check or via a Wire Transfer. For Wire Transfer details, please contact Ashley Graham.

What kind of professionals attend The Ajax Experience? The content at TAE is in-depth, and ideal for developers and designers with at least a base knowledge of Ajax.

Why should I attend? The Ajax Experience is the destination for the Ajax community. You will evaluate products, learn about the latest advances in enterprise development, get an inside look at how your peers design and develop, network with industry leaders and experience the camaraderie of the Ajaxian community.

What do I do about a hotel? The Grand Hyatt is offering discounted room rates for TAE attendees. The rates are: $225 single/double, $250 triple or $275 quadruple (plus 14% tax). You can book your room by calling the hotel directly at 415- 398-1234 or 800-233-1234. Make sure to mention your attendance to The Ajax Experience. You must book your room by June 29. If you have any questions regarding your hotel accommodations, please contact Jamie Zolli.

What if I have to cancel? Substitutions are allowed with written permission from the original registrant. Cancellation requests received on or before June 27 are entitled to a 100% refund on their registration fee. Cancellation requests received between June 28 and July 24 will be refunded 25%. No refund requests will be honored after July 24.

Are there any discounts available?

University students, faculty and staff are entitled to discounts. Please contact Ashley Graham for details and the promotion code.

Companies who send 5 employees to The Ajax Experience can receive a $500 rebate, and companies who send 10 or more employees can receive a $1,500 rebate. To receive the rebate, you must contact Ashley Graham by July 30, 2007. Rebates will be mailed on or before August 27, 2007. This offer cannot be combined with any discount offered through Promotion Codes and cannot be combined with the Refer-A-Friend program.

Refer a friend or colleague to The Ajax Experience and receive a $50 gift. Within one (1) week of registering, you will receive a Refer-a-Friend code via email. This code must be entered as a Promotion Code when your friend/colleague is registering. Credit can only be given to referrals that result in registration and cannot be applied to anyone already registered. This offer cannot be combined with any discount offered through Promotion Codes and cannot be combined with the Group Registration Discount.
